Knee Push Ups - What are they?
For those who feel that regular push ups are too difficult to do, do not fret! There is an easier method of doing push ups, and they are done with this variation!
Knee push ups makes you use the same upper body muscles to do push ups, but instead of balancing yourself with your feet, you balance yourself with your knees, hence making the amount of weight you need to push up reduced since your feet aren't weighing you down.

How to do knee push ups?
Again, doing knee push ups aren't too different from doing regular push ups. The only difference is that you're using your knees!
- Get down on your regular push up position. Have your hands a bit wider apart than shoulder length. Instead of having your feet touching the ground, use your knees.
- Do a push up! Lower your body with your arms then proceed to push yourself up.
Knee Push Ups vs. Regular Push Ups
The most important difference here is that knee push ups are much easier to do than regular push ups. They work the same muscles (pectorals, shoulders, triceps, etc.), though they don't have as much of a benefit when compared to regular push ups. However, any person who is unable to do regular push ups should start with knee push ups. When they're confident with knee push ups, then they should step up and do regular push ups!
